September 2026 Trip Report
A Message from Luke 9:2
Crievewood has always been a vital part of Luke 9:2 Medical Missions, both thru prayers and financial support. This trip was filled with great medical & dental care and God's love was shown to the many Hondurans that came to each clinic. Each patient receives free of charge whatever treatment and medication they need.
On this trip the team visited 3 remote villages. There were over 600 medical and dental patients seen. At each clinic families were given bags of corn, beans and rice. Also, at each clinic the gospel was shared by the local pastors, and it was reported that there were 31 professions of faith.
Please continue to pray for Dr. Ponce, his wife, Ivonne, and their son, Dr. Jorge Ponce, jr., as they continue to travel to more than 20 villages to spread God’s love and give out free medical care and medications. Luke 9:2 Ministries is a non-profit that has had the opportunity for over 20 years to impact the lives of the people of Honduras. We exist because of the support of individuals and other organizations. It has been a blessing to all who have served and been a part of this ministry. God has used the faithfulness of the people of Crievewood and others to keep this ministry going. We would love to encourage others to join this mission endeavor in whatever way they are able. Please keep Luke 9:2 in your prayers. Our support of Dr. Ponce and his work is ongoing, even when our medical teams are not in Honduras.
The next Luke 9:2 trip is scheduled for January 2027 All the information about the trip and dates will be posted soon on the Luke 9-2 website.
