This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for a leader who is excited about building something meaningful from the ground up—someone who can create engaging environments, develop volunteers, invest in families, and establish a clear pathway for discipleship from birth through high school.
Working closely with our new Lead Pastor, Dr. Kris Dolberry, the NextGen Director will play a key role in shaping the future of our church and helping the next generation encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover their purpose.
